Wonderful hotel. Quiet for resting. Great bed, delicious shower. We walked to the waterfalls and bird park. Staying by the pool is extremely relaxing and the staff are extremely attentive and polite. Wonderful experience. The sunset seen from the swing is worth it!

The infrastructure and location are perfect. The only point for improvement is the pool bathroom, which needs a shelf to place bathing items and change clothes. The staff's service is very attentive.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The concierge helped us find a driver who took us to the Argentine side of the waterfalls. The entrance to the Brazilian park is a short walk from the hotel. The complimentary breakfast had a variety of foods to choose from. The restaurant had a good buffet every evening, making it convenient.

Excellent service, great structure. All the staff are very attentive and polite. The menu is not very varied but everything is quite tasty. The pool is large and the gym space is also very good. The rooms are beautiful and comfortable.

Spectacular location, the entrance to the waterfalls, the helipad, and the bird park are within a 5-minute walk. The cleanliness was impeccable throughout the hotel, and the room was attended to at the end of the day, changing towels and cleaning the bathroom if necessary. The staff was very attentive at breakfast. The tour agent at the hotel made organizing our stay much easier.
